Data
Teleoperation in the loop, honest about its cost, with a capture pipeline that turns every correction into training data.
The scaling cost
Every practitioner source says the bottleneck has moved to dexterity, reliability and data. Teleoperation in the loop is how the data is made, and we budget for it in every pilot rather than pretending it away.
Capture
Corrections, interventions, fingertip tactile logs and fleet telemetry are captured from the first day of a deployment, with the operator's consent and the site's data agreement. Crew's audit trail is also a labelled dataset.
Evaluation
A fixed evaluation harness runs before every training release: the same tasks, the same sites, the same metrics. Results feed the Scoreboard and the next training run.
Governance
Personal data is governed by the PDPA and, in hospitals, by the hospital's own rules through RoMi-H. Faces and patient identifiers are never collected. What is collected is listed in each pilot's data agreement.
