Wheels for flat and heavy. Legs for decks, stairs, curbs and interiors. Every verified return on investment in logistics today is on wheels or arms, so W1 leads. B1 goes where PSA's lashing decks, hatch-cover walkways, container interiors and aircraft cabins demand legs.

Bill of materials

Actuators, reducers, frameless motors, lidar, depth cameras and batteries are commodities where China's supply chain leads on cost and iteration speed. We buy them, we second-source them, and we buy finished actuators rather than raw magnets so that rare-earth licensing sits with the exporter.

Hands, fingertip tactile sensing, firmware and communications are ours. Tactile sensing is the acknowledged bottleneck in dexterous manipulation and the part the largest labs have not solved. That is where our mechanical and electrical engineering goes.

Security posture

Vendor telemetry and remote-access paths are removed from every machine we ship. The Unitree UniPwn exposure of 2025 is the reason regulators cited when they restricted foreign mobile robots, and it is the first question a hospital or port security team asks. Only our own communications stack runs on the machine.
